Belgian law is applicable to this site. In case of a dispute only the courts of the district of Hasselt will be competent.

Privacy Policy

Perspektives processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.

Processing purposes

Perspektives collects and processes customers’ personal data for customer and order management purposes (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, tracking and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of. (a) consent, (b) necessary for the performance of a contract, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, necessary for the protection of our legitimate interest to undertake the General Data Protection Regulation.
To the extent that the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of article 6.1. a) (consent), the customer has the right to withdraw the given consent at any time.

Transfer to third parties

If necessary to achieve the stated purposes, the customer’s personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly linked to Perspektives or with any other partner of Ann Duchateau (under the company name AndersOm).

Perspektives guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data.

Storage period

Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of personal data

The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and may correct it (or have it corrected) if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, restrict its processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the customer is asked to:

– modify himself the settings of his customer account; and/or

Direct Marketing

The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Complaint

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (rue du Printing 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).

Cookie Policy

During a visit to the site, “cookies” may be placed on your computer’s hard drive.
